Yogashish Clinic

You can find us at Plot No 11, on the second floor of Tirupati Plaza in Dwarka. It’s right near Cargil Chowk and across from Sector 19. Being on the second floor means you get a bit of a view of the traffic down below while you’re inside. The plaza itself is a typical busy building with different offices. We focus on health through yoga and general clinic visits. There aren't any flashy neon lights or big posters here. It’s mostly just mats on the floor and a few chairs for those who need them. People come in after work or early in the morning, often looking tired from the Delhi commute. We do a lot of stretching and breathing exercises. The air conditioning works okay, but on really hot days, it struggles a bit against the afternoon sun hitting the windows. We spend time showing people how to move their bodies without hurting themselves. It’s not like those fancy fitness centers you see on TV. It’s just a room where we try to help people feel a little less stiff. We have a small desk for the paperwork and a shelf with some books that we’ve had for years. Sometimes we run late because a session goes long, but we try to keep things moving. It’s a simple routine of opening up, cleaning the mats, and welcoming whoever shows up at the door for their session. It's just a regular place.
