Apna Punjab

Our small shop is tucked away in Jatin Square Village, which is over in Vasant Kunj. We are at Shop Number 2. It’s a bit of a specific spot because we are quite close to Fortis Hospital. Being in Delhi, there is always something happening outside. We started this place because we wanted to cook the food we know well. It is a humble setup. There aren’t any big carpets or expensive lights here. We just have our kitchen and a few spots for people to sit down. Most of the time, we are busy with orders coming in from the nearby blocks. The area around Vasant Kunj 110070 is always moving. We spend most of our hours prepping vegetables and getting the stove ready. It can get a little crowded during the peak hours, especially with people coming from the hospital or the village area. We don't use any fancy systems. We just write things down and get to work. It’s a lot of work to keep a small place going in a big city like this. We just take it one day at a time. If you happen to be walking through Jatin Square, you will find us there. It’s just a regular local eatery run by people who live nearby. We aren't trying to be anything other than a neighborhood kitchen. The day usually ends late after we clean up the last of the dishes and lock the door.
