Alok Tent House

You’ll find us over in Sector 19, near Sector 16, not far from the Sommer Villa School. The address is 691-A, and it’s mostly a working space for us. We have piles of metal poles, folded-up tents, and stacks of chairs everywhere. Alok Tent House is basically a big warehouse where we spend our days loading and unloading trucks. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when the weather is bad. We aren’t really an office; it’s more of a yard where we keep all the gear. You’ll often see us outside checking the fabric for holes or cleaning the plastic chairs with a hose. The school nearby means there are always kids and parents passing by in the morning and afternoon. When it’s the season for weddings or events, we are hardly ever here because we are out at different sites setting everything up. But when we are back at the shop, we’re usually just organizing the inventory or fixing things that got broken. The floor is concrete and there’s always a bit of dust from the moving equipment. It’s a practical business. We don't have a showroom or anything fancy. If you come by, you'll likely see us in the middle of counting poles or rolling up carpets for the next job. Sometimes the yard gets very messy with all the gear, but we eventually get it all sorted out and ready to go again.
