Colonels Kababz Restaurant

Colonels Kababz is located inside Som Vihar Apartments. We are at unit K 11 in the R K Puram area of Delhi 110022. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot if you do not live in the complex itself. Most of our customers are the residents here or people who live nearby in the rest of R K Puram. We have been operating out of this unit for a good while. The kitchen is the main part of our shop. We spend most of our time back there getting things ready for the evening rush. It is not a huge place, so things can feel a bit cramped when it gets busy at night. We have a few tables set out front for people who want to eat right away. The weather in Delhi can be tough, but we manage to keep things going. We are not trying to be fancy or high-end. It is just a place to get some food and take it home or eat it quickly. We know most of our customers by name since they live just upstairs or in the next block over. It makes the job feel a bit more personal than other places. We handle the cleaning and the cooking ourselves with a very small staff. Sometimes the phone does not stop ringing for delivery orders. We just take it one day at a time and keep the ovens hot. It is a steady business.
