Tgi FridayS

So, we are over here at 62 Basant Lok in the Vasant Vihar area. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of Delhi. Tgi FridayS has been operating out of this building for a good bit now. Most days are pretty standard for us. We open up the doors, get the bar area ready, and start the kitchen equipment. It’s usually a mix of people coming in for a quick lunch or people staying for a few drinks after they finish work. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to some other parts of the city, but it definitely picks up in the evenings and on Friday nights. We’ve got some regulars who have been coming since we first opened our doors here. It’s not always perfect, sometimes a lightbulb goes out or the music is a little too loud for some people, but we fix it when we notice. We just try to keep the atmosphere relaxed for everyone. The staff here has been around for a while, so we kind of know how the regulars like their food and drinks. It’s just a place to hang out and grab something to eat without any pressure. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just follow the recipes we have and make sure there’s enough ice for the drinks. If you’re walking around the Basant Lok market, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s a decent place to sit down for a while.
