You can find Tatman Bar N Grill Private Limited over in Palam Colony. Specifically, we are at RZ-78, near that Dada chatri wala marg. It's a busy little spot in South West Delhi. We aren't some big chain or anything. It’s just a local place where we do a lot of grilling. The kitchen gets really hot, especially in the evenings when everyone starts coming in. We’ve got this spot on the upper ground floor, and it’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when it's full. We spend a lot of time cleaning the grills and prepping the food. It’s a lot of manual work. Palam is a tight neighborhood, so we see a lot of the same faces. We don't have a lot of rules, we just try to keep the food coming out okay. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting in a line out front, and things get a bit chaotic. It isn't a polished dining room with white tablecloths. It’s a real place where people eat. We deal with the usual stuff like plumbing issues or the power going out, just like any other building in this part of Delhi. We just keep the fire going and make sure there’s enough for everyone who shows up. It’s a long day, starting early with the prep and staying late to close up. That's just how it goes here. We always make sure the trash is taken out before we leave at night.
