Sky Gourmet

Sky Gourmet is tucked away in Sector 19 of Ambrahi, Dwarka. Being in Block A, we are right in the middle of a busy residential and commercial mix. Our main focus is food. We spend our mornings and evenings preparing meals and getting things ready. It’s a kitchen environment, so it’s often hot and smells like whatever is on the stove that day. We aren't a sit-down restaurant with waiters; it’s more of a production setup at 97. We have to keep things very clean and follow all the usual rules for handling food. Most of the staff here have been working in kitchens for years. We don’t really have time for long meetings or corporate slogans. If the food isn't ready, nothing else matters. Dwarka is a huge area, and being out here in Sector 19 means we have a decent amount of space to work. We deal with a lot of ingredients coming in every morning. It’s a lot of chopping, cooking, and packing. Sometimes it feels like we never stop moving. The work is physical and repetitive, but it’s what we know how to do. We just focus on the cooking and making sure everything leaves our doors looking right. It’s just a group of people who know their way around a kitchen and want to get the orders out. We stay pretty busy from dawn till dusk, making sure the ovens are hot and the pantry is full. This is just life at the kitchen for us.
