Kfc

The Kfc here is situated at 704A , Sukhsagar Appartment ,Dwarka Sector9,New Delhi. It’s a bit of an interesting location because we are based in an apartment building rather than a standard commercial storefront. This means we have to be a bit more mindful of our neighbors and how we run things so we don't cause a disturbance. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area preparing the food. There’s a lot of focus on the cooking process and getting the chicken just right. It’s a busy environment and it can get quite hot when all the equipment is running at full speed. We don't have a giant dining area with fancy chairs or big decorations. It’s more about the efficiency of the kitchen and making sure the orders are ready on time for the customers. The staff is a small group and we’ve all worked together for a while now, so we know how to stay out of each other's way in the tight space. We get deliveries of fresh ingredients regularly and that’s always a bit of a squeeze getting everything through the building and into our storage. People in Sector 9 seem to know we are here even if we aren't right on the main road. We just keep our heads down and focus on the cooking. It’s a simple, hardworking setup and we don't try to make it seem like anything more than it is.
