Comesum Food Plaza

I’m usually here at the shop in Mahavir Enclave every morning before the sun gets too high. Gali No.-1 is a busy little street, and you can hear the noise from the main road all day long. My name is on the sign outside, but mostly I’m just the guy making sure the kitchen is running and the tables are wiped down. We’ve been at Rzf- 1/178 for a while now. Some days it’s quiet, and I can sit for a minute with a tea, but usually, it’s a lot of people coming in for a quick bite or something to take home to their families. It gets hot in the kitchen, especially in the Delhi summers, but that’s just how it is. We don’t have fancy chairs or anything, just a place to eat. I spend a lot of time talking to the vegetable guys and making sure we have enough rice and spices for the week. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to scramble, but we manage to keep the stoves going. It’s a lot of work, and my hands are always busy with something, whether it’s checking an order or fixing a stool. People around here know us as a regular spot. I don't really know how to describe what we do other than we cook and people eat. It’s just a normal day-to-day life here in New Delhi.
