Sunshine Villa

Our place, Sunshine Villa, is located right on Tilak Nagar Main Road. It’s number 5-A/15, and if you know Delhi at all, you know this part of the city is always moving. Being on the main road means there is never really a quiet moment, but we kind of like the energy. The building has been here for years, and it shows in some of the corners, but we keep it tidy enough. It’s a practical spot for anyone who needs to be in this area of 110016. We’ve got a few rooms and a bit of space to manage. It isn’t a huge mansion or anything like that, just a solid building that serves its purpose for us. Most of the time we are busy with the day-to-day things like fixing a leaky tap or making sure the gate is locked at night. The neighbors are mostly families who have lived in Tilak Nagar for a long time, so everyone knows each other. You see people walking to the market or kids playing nearby when the traffic slows down. Sometimes the Delhi heat gets to be a bit much, but we have some fans going to keep things decent inside. We don’t really do much in the way of decoration, just what’s necessary to keep the place running. It’s a straightforward setup and we don't try to make it seem like something it isn't. Just a building on a busy street where we spend our days.
