Ramram Pan Centre

I work at Ramram Pan Centre, which is located in Dwarka Sector 6 New WZ 818. Dwarka is a bit different from the rest of Delhi. It feels a bit more organized, but it still gets plenty busy. I spend most of my day inside this small shop. It isn’t much to look at from the outside. Just a counter and some shelves. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so I know a lot of the people who walk past New WZ 818. Every morning I set everything up. It’s a quiet routine that I’ve grown to like. I don’t have any staff helping me, so everything is on my shoulders. If the floor is dirty, I sweep it. If a shelf is empty, I fill it. It’s honest work and I don’t complain about it. The summers here in Sector 6 are very tough. The heat just sits in the shop. I have a small fan, but it doesn’t do much when it’s forty degrees out. I just drink a lot of water and keep going. People stop by on their way home. We don’t talk about anything important, just the weather or the traffic on the main road. I don’t have any big goals for the shop. I just want to keep it open and keep doing what I know how to do. It’s been my life for years now and I’m okay with that.
