Rajender Ka Dhaba

If you walk through Vardhman Star City Mall in Dwarka Sector 7, you will find us at G 26. It is a busy little corner, especially with Ramphal Chowk being so close. People are always walking back and forth there, shopping or just hanging out. We started this dhaba because we wanted to cook the kind of food we like to eat at home. It gets really hot in the kitchen during the lunch rush, but we are used to it by now. The mall can be a bit quiet in the mornings, but once the shops open up, the whole place changes. We spend a lot of time getting things ready before the first customer even walks in. Sometimes the chairs aren't perfectly aligned or a menu might have a little smudge on it, but the food is what matters to us. We see a lot of students and office folks from around Sector 7 who just want a quick meal that doesn't cost too much. Delhi is a fast city, but inside our little space, we try to just focus on the cooking. We don't have any big corporate plans. We just want to make sure the lentils are seasoned right and the rotis are soft. If you are near the mall, you probably already know where we are. It’s just a normal spot run by people who like to feed others.
