Qi Network Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is over at Bhikaji Cama Place in New Delhi. We have rooms 430 and 431 in Somdutt Chamber-II. It’s a very busy commercial hub. There are people everywhere and the elevators are always full of office workers. Our space is mostly taken up by networking gear and cables. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the server racks and testing equipment we have set up. The air conditioning is always running because the machines get quite hot. Bhikaji Cama Place has a lot of places to eat, so lunch is the best part of the day. We don’t have a lot of space for a lounge or anything like that. Every square inch is used for work or storage. It’s a bit of a walk from the metro, but it’s a good location for meeting people. The office isn't decorated with anything other than some old calendars and charts on the walls. We spend most of our time looking at screens or crimping wires. It’s a technical job and it requires focus. Sometimes the noise from the hallway is distracting, but we’re used to it. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a small group trying to keep the networks running. It’s practical work and we don't try to make it sound more exciting than it actually is.
