Punjabi Addiction

Punjabi Addiction is located at 351 in Dwarka Sector 7. It’s a fairly straightforward setup we have here. We focus on getting things cooked and out to the tables without too much fuss. Dwarka is a big residential area, so we get a lot of families and groups of friends coming in, especially on the weekends. The kitchen is always busy and you can hear the pots and pans clanging if you’re sitting near the back. We don’t have any fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a place to eat. We spend a lot of time making sure the ingredients are ready and the floor is swept. Sometimes the service is a bit slow when every table is full at once, but we work as fast as we can. We’re just regular people working here, trying to make a living. Sector 7 has a lot of food spots, but we’ve managed to stay around. We don't do much advertising; people mostly just find us or hear about us from someone else. It gets pretty loud inside when it's crowded, but that’s normal for a place like this. We handle a lot of take-away orders too. It’s a busy life running a shop in Dwarka. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things organized. The door gets stuck sometimes if you don't pull it right, but we’re used to it. We just keep serving until the day ends.
