Priyankas Hall

Priyankas Hall is tucked away in Dwarka Sector 10, right in Pocket HAF. It is quite close to Vandana International School, which is usually how we tell people to find us when they call and say they are completely lost. Dwarka can be a bit of a maze with all the different sectors and pockets, so we spend a lot of time on the phone giving directions. The hall is a basic space for gatherings. We spend most of our mornings moving chairs around and making sure the floors are swept and ready for use. It is a family-run kind of thing, so you might see us arguing about where a table should go or if the lights are bright enough for a party. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything like that. Usually, we are just standing around near the entrance waiting for the decorators or the families to arrive for their event. It gets pretty busy during the wedding season, and those days are very long for us. We start early and finish way past midnight sometimes. When there is not an event happening, it is very quiet, and we just catch up on maintenance and cleaning. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to ask about available dates. We try to keep things simple for everyone. It is just a place for people to get together for their functions without too much fuss. We have seen all sorts of parties here over the years.
