We are based in the DDA Commercial Complex at Mayfair Gardens. It’s number 2. Primetravels.Com might sound like some big internet company, but we are just a small group of people in an office. We spend all day on computers and phones trying to figure out flight paths and hotels for folks. It’s not always easy. Sometimes the systems go down or flights get canceled and we have to spend hours trying to fix it. We aren't a big call center. When you call, you usually get one of us directly. We’ve been in this Mayfair Gardens spot for a while now. The office has a lot of files and old travel posters on the walls. It’s a bit cluttered but we know where everything is. We don't do those flashy commercials you see on TV. We just rely on people who have used us before and liked that we actually picked up the phone. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main roads. We like the neighborhood. We get our lunch from the local spots nearby. If you need to find us, just look for the DDA complex. We are right there. It’s just a regular office, nothing special to look at, but we do our work properly every single day without fail. We’ve helped many families get where they need to go over the years and we plan to keep doing that for a long time.
