We are located at 9A in the DDA Flats, right on the ground floor of Pocket 2 in Dwarka. Our spot is tucked behind the Sector 6 market, so it’s easy to find if you know the area. Being in the DDA flats gives it a very residential feel. You see neighbors walking their dogs or kids playing nearby most afternoons. We focus on weight and wellness, but we don't act like a big commercial gym. It’s a clinic where we look at how people are eating and moving. We have some equipment for treatments, but the space is mostly about sitting down and talking through a plan. The walls are a simple off-white, and the floor is just basic laminate. It’s quiet enough most of the time, except when the market nearby gets really active in the evenings. People come to us when they feel they’ve let their health slide a bit. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just look at the numbers and try to help people make small changes to their habits. The waiting area is just a couple of plastic chairs and a small table with a few old magazines. We handle the appointments ourselves, so there’s no big administrative team to go through. It’s a very direct process. We open the door in the morning, check the schedule, and wait for the residents to drop by. It’s just a small part of the neighborhood, really, nothing more than that.
