Mughlai Express

Mughlai Express is located in Sudeep Plaza, which is at Plot Number 3 in Sector 11 of Dwarka. We are right in Pocket 4, not too far from Kargil chowk. Dwarka is a big area, but this little corner is where we’ve set up shop. It’s a busy plaza with a lot of people coming and going for different reasons. We spend our days mostly in the kitchen or handling the deliveries that go out around the sector. It’s a lot of work to keep things moving, especially during the dinner hours when everyone is coming home. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a single spot here in Delhi. The space in Sudeep Plaza isn't huge, so we have to stay organized. We don't use any flashy marketing or polished slogans. We just focus on getting the food cooked and out the door. Sometimes the traffic near Kargil chowk makes deliveries a bit late, but we do what we can to hurry up. The people who work here have been with us for a while, and we just try to get through each day's list of tasks. We see a lot of residents from the nearby apartments who don't feel like cooking at home. It’s a pretty simple operation we have going here, and we just try to keep it steady for the neighborhood, day after day. It is just about getting the orders right.
