Kitchen Caboodle Restaurant (Opc) Private Limited

Kitchen Caboodle is located in Dwarka, specifically Sector-7 in the Palam Extension Part-I area. We are on the ground floor at C 396, which makes it easy to move supplies in and out. Being an OPC means it is a pretty small setup, mostly just one main person running the show with some help. The kitchen area gets really hot during the lunch rush, and you can always smell whatever we are cooking from the street. We spend most of our time prepping vegetables or cleaning up the counters. Dwarka is a busy place, so there is always someone walking by or a delivery bike pulling up. The space is not very big, so we have to stay organized or we would trip over each other. We do not use any fancy machines, just regular pots and pans that have seen a lot of use. Sometimes the sink gets clogged or we run out of napkins, and we have to scramble to fix it. It is just the reality of running a restaurant in this part of South West Delhi. We try to keep the menu simple because that is what we can handle well. People around here seem to like that we are just a local spot. It is a lot of hard work and standing on our feet all day, but we are used to it now.
