Iching

Our place is located inside the Radisson Hotel, which you’ll find along National Highway 8 in Delhi. The pin code is 110037, right near the airport area. Being out here by the highway means we get a lot of people who are just landing or about to take off. You can always hear the faint sound of the traffic and the planes if you listen close enough. Iching is just one part of the hotel, tucked away inside. We spend our time in the kitchen and the dining area, getting things ready for the evening. It’s a lot of prep work and making sure the supplies arrived on time from the city. The highway can be a real pain with the traffic, so sometimes things get delayed, and we just have to deal with it. We aren't big on fancy descriptions. It’s just a kitchen and a dining room where we work. The team is pretty small, and we’ve all been working together for a bit. We see a lot of tired faces coming in from the road, and we just try to get them what they need without a lot of fuss. It’s a busy spot because of the location, but we have our quiet moments too when the highway slows down for an hour or two. We just keep at it, day after day, making sure the work gets done and the place stays running.
