Chefsville Restaurant Private Limited is our company and we are located in Palam Colony. The address is a little long, but basically we are at Old Number 8, 9, 10 and Kh No. 50/6 in Rajnagar-II. We have a shop at the New Number RZ-G -751 on the ground floor. This is in South West Delhi, 110077. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don’t have to lug stuff up any stairs. Palam is a crowded place, but it has a lot of energy. We run our restaurant business from this location. It’s not a massive place, but it serves our purpose well. We deal with all the cooking and the management right here. The address changed at some point, so we have to use both the old and new numbers so people don't get lost. It’s just a regular shop in a busy colony. We aren't trying to be the biggest chain or anything like that. We just want to make food that people in Rajnagar like. There are always people walking by and the noise from the street is constant. We’ve gotten used to the pace of South West Delhi. It’s a lot of work running a restaurant company, and there is always something to clean or fix. We don't have any polished speeches. We just work here and try to keep things moving.
