Bablons Cafe Private Limited

We’ve been running Bablons Cafe out of Shabad Apartments for a while now. Most people know the spot near Sector 13 in Dwarka, right there in Flat 114. It isn't a massive corporate chain or anything like that. Just a regular place where we try to get things done right. Every morning starts the same way with setting up chairs and checking the kitchen supplies. We spend a lot of time in Block 1 making sure everything is ready before the doors open. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is nice outside and people are walking around Plot No. 5. It gets a bit cramped sometimes being in a residential block, but we make it work. We handle the paperwork and the food all from this one spot. The team is small, mostly just a few of us who have been here since the start. We don't have fancy marketing plans. We just focus on what's in front of us. Living and working in West Delhi has its own rhythm. You get to know the neighbors after a while. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost looking for the specific flat number, but they usually find us eventually. It’s a straightforward life here. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just keep the cafe going day by day. We take our time with the orders and don't rush through the morning prep. The atmosphere is just us doing our thing.
