Aviral Catering & Events Management Llp

We run Aviral Catering & Events Management Llp from our place in Sadh Nagar, over in Palam Colony. Specifically, we’re at RZ-21E on Gali Number 24. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot going on. Days are usually spent planning out menus or checking on equipment. Catering involves a lot of physical labor, like moving heavy pots and crates of plates back and forth. Plenty of stuff is stored here for events, like tables and linens. It gets a bit messy when we’re in the middle of preparing for a big party. Palam is a place where everyone seems to know each other, so neighbors often ask about our work. We aren't doing anything fancy, just making sure the food is ready and the logistics are sorted. Sometimes we’re up really early to get things loaded into the vans. The traffic in the narrow lanes of Sadh Nagar can be a real struggle in the mornings. We just try to keep our heads down and get the job done. It’s mostly about lists and making sure we didn't forget the spoons or the serving trays. The office part is just a desk with a lot of notebooks. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen all kinds of events. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We just keep moving forward one event at a time and hope the weather stays good for the outdoor setups.
