A.V Inc.

Our office is in the White House building, specifically F-312, over in Lado Sarai. If you know the Mehrauli area, you know how busy it gets with all the cars and people moving toward the park. A.V Inc. has been tucked away in this spot for some time now. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the hallway is always a little dimly lit until you get inside. We have desks piled with folders and a few computers that have seen better days. The view from the window is mostly the tops of other buildings and a bit of the greenery from the nearby golf course if you lean out far enough. Usually, there are about five of us here during the day. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the inventory lists are actually correct, which they often aren't. Lunch is usually brought from home or someone goes out to grab rolls from the market nearby. The building itself is older, so you hear the neighbors quite clearly through the walls. It’s a practical space for what we do. We don’t spend much on decor or anything like that because we are mostly focused on getting the orders out on time. The phone rings a lot, and someone is always looking for a file that got misplaced. It’s just how things go here at the office in Lado Sarai. We just keep our heads down and work.
