We’ve been here at Ansal Chamber - II for quite a while now. Bhikaji Cama Place is always busy, and our office at number 232 reflects that. It isn't a fancy place with glass walls and modern art. It’s more about desks piled with customs papers and the sound of phones ringing constantly. Logistics is a messy business, to be honest. We spend most of our days tracking shipments and talking to drivers or port authorities. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just sit there drinking tea until it comes back. We handle cargo because that's what we know how to do. There’s a specific kind of rhythm to the way things move from one place to another, and we’ve seen it all over the years. Some days are stressful when a container gets delayed, but we just deal with it one step at a time. The office is tucked away in the corridor, and most people who come here are regulars who have worked with us for a long time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of logbooks. People know where to find us when they need stuff moved. It’s a practical life, really. We make sure the paperwork is right and the boxes get to where they need to go without making a big fuss about it.
