Ladoo Sarai is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We are located at F-313/C on the second floor. It's not a fancy building with a glass elevator, just a regular spot where we get our work done every day. Aesthetix India started out small and we’ve just stayed here because it feels like home now. The stairs can be a bit of a climb in the afternoon heat but once you’re up here, it’s quiet enough to focus. People often ask about the name, thinking it's something complicated, but it just felt right when the business started years ago. We handle a lot of different tasks throughout the week. Sometimes the office is a mess of papers and drawings, and other times it’s relatively tidy. There’s a tea stall just down the road that everyone here visits at least twice a day. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first moved into this floor. More shops have opened up and the traffic is definitely heavier now. We don’t really do much in the way of big announcements or fancy events. Most of our days are spent sitting at the desks, talking to the same few people we’ve known for years. It’s a practical space. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will probably be there to say hello. It works for us.
