Madhu Glass Gallery

Madhu Glass Gallery is based in C. R. Park, specifically at C-420. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s a bit different from being in a big industrial park. We have a lot of glass items here, as the name suggests. We have to be very careful moving things around because everything is fragile. The space isn't huge, but we make it work. We spend our days cleaning the glass and making sure the displays look decent. Sometimes we have to help people pick out something for their homes. We don’t use any fancy sales tactics. We just show them what we have on the shelves. It’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere most of the time. We’ve been at this address for quite a few years. We know the people who live nearby. Sometimes they just stop in to say hello. We keep the shop open during the usual hours, and we usually close up right on time. There's a lot of dusting to do, which is the part we like the least. But it’s a good way to stay busy. We don’t have a big mission statement or anything. We just sell glass and try not to break any of it while we’re at it. It is a quiet life here on our street. We appreciate the calm pace.
