Kama Journeys

Our place is R-Z/F-23/12 in Mittal Colony, over in the Pul Prahlad Pur area of New Delhi. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but once you get here, you’ll see we are just a regular travel outfit. We spend our time putting together trips for people. It involves a lot of looking at maps and checking prices on different websites. The colony itself is quite residential, so it feels quiet compared to the rest of the city. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. There is no corporate ladder to climb here; we just sit in our office and try to make sure people’s holidays go as planned. Sometimes we get stuck with a difficult booking or a flight that gets cancelled, and then it is all hands on deck to fix it. We have a few old calendars on the wall and stacks of brochures that we probably should have thrown out a year ago. It’s a bit dusty, and the chairs aren't the most comfortable, but it’s where we do our work. We aren't promising anything life-changing. We just help you get from one place to another without too much of a headache. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing out emails to hotels and airlines. It’s a steady pace and it keeps us out of trouble.
