We are based out of Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase 3, which is a pretty busy part of Delhi. Our office is at number 209, right near the Modi Flour Mill. If you know this part of Okhla, you know it’s filled with all sorts of workshops and businesses. It’s a bit industrial, but that’s where the real work happens in the fashion world. We’ve been here for quite some time, acting as a point of contact for designers and people in the trade. The building isn't anything fancy, just a regular office block that stays busy from morning until late evening. There are always people coming in and out, whether they are dropping off samples or coming for meetings. It can get pretty noisy with the traffic outside and the general buzz of the industrial estate. We spend most of our time organizing events and keeping track of what’s happening in the industry. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. Our space is functional, with enough room for our files and a place for people to sit when they visit. Most people find us easily because the Modi Flour Mill is such a well-known landmark in this area. It’s a practical location for us since so many production units are nearby. We don't really do the whole flashy corporate thing; we just focus on the work that needs to get done for the designers we represent.
