Chhaya Agarwal

The office is located at W-113 in Greater Kailash Part 2. Most people know the area because of Savithri Cinema, which is just a short walk away. It is a residential street, so it feels a bit more private than being right on the main road. Chhaya Agarwal is the name on the plaque by the entrance. The building is older, but it has a certain character that we have grown to like over the years. We are usually here from the morning until the sun goes down. There is a small gate at the front that sometimes sticks when it rains. Inside, the rooms are spread out. We use the main area for most of our work. There are bookshelves lined with various things we have collected over time. It is not a corporate setup; it is more like a house that happens to be where we work. We have a tea lady who comes by twice a day, and that is usually when we take our only real breaks. The furniture is mismatched, but comfortable enough for long hours. You can hear the birds in the trees outside during the quieter hours of the afternoon. Sometimes we have to move the chairs around to make space if more than two people visit at once. It is just a simple place where we spend our days. The local delivery boys usually know exactly where to find us because we order lunch from the same place most days.
