Iyengar & Co.

Our office is at 76A, Cil Colony, over in the Rmv Extn. 2Nd Stage. It’s a quiet residential area, which makes for a peaceful place to work at Iyengar & Co. We aren't in a big commercial plaza; we’re right there in the colony among the houses and the trees. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We have heavy wooden desks and old-fashioned filing cabinets that click when you close the drawers. Most mornings start with the sound of the birds outside and the neighbor's gate creaking. We handle a lot of paperwork and meetings here, often sitting around the main table with stacks of files between us. It’s a small operation, mostly family and a few long-term staff who feel like family. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one near the bell. We like the slow pace of the colony. When clients come by, we usually offer them a seat in the front room. The floors are polished stone and stay cool even when it’s hot outside. We don't use much fancy technology, just the stuff we need to get the documents right. It’s about being careful and taking the time to look through everything properly. We’ve been in this spot for years, and we know the neighborhood well. It suits the way we work—quiet, steady, and without any unnecessary noise or interruptions from the main roads.
