You can find us over at Shop No 22 on the first floor in D Block. We are right in the heart of Lajpat Nagar 2, which is always a whirlwind of activity. Being in a market like this means there is never a dull moment. We focus on export work, which basically means we spend half our day on the phone or tracking shipments. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don’t arrive when they should, but we handle it. The shop isn’t huge, but it’s enough for what we need to get through the day. We’ve been in this spot in Lajpat Nagar for quite some time now. Most of the people around here know us by now. We don't have any big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily grind of moving goods from one place to another. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit much when we’re carrying heavy files, but it’s good exercise. We deal with various products and clients from different places. Each day brings something a bit different, which is why we stay in this business. We don’t use any of those big words to describe ourselves. We are just a local export firm trying to do things right. If the tea stall downstairs is busy, we know it’s going to be a long day. We have stacks of invoices on the desk and the phone rings more than we’d like. It can be stressful when a container is stuck, but we stay calm.
