Our company, Maharishi Solar Technology (P) Ltd, is located at A 14 Mathura Road in the Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate. This is a big, sprawling industrial area on the edge of the city. Being on Mathura Road means there’s constant traffic and a lot of movement of goods. Our facility here is where we handle the technical side of solar energy. It’s a large space because we need room for the equipment and the parts we use for our projects. You won't find a lot of decorations on the walls here; it’s mostly shelves, boxes, and workstations. We have a crew that comes in early every day to get a start before the heat really sets in. The industrial estate has a very functional feel to it, and we fit right in. We spend our time testing solar components and making sure everything is ready for installation. Lunch usually happens in the canteen or at one of the small dhaba-style places nearby. It’s a busy life, and we are often dealing with logistics and transport schedules to get our systems out to where they need to go. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we’ve seen the estate change as more businesses move in. It’s a practical place for a practical business, and we just keep our heads down and get the work done every day. There is always something that needs to be packed or shipped out.
