The Scholars Home School

The Scholars Home School is found on Jamniwala Road in Paonta Sahib. If you know the area, you know Paonta Sahib is a mix of a holy place and an industrial zone. We are tucked away on Jamniwala Road, which is a bit off the main highway but still easy enough to get to. The school itself is a practical building with a yard where the students spend their time. The pin code here is 173025. It can get quite rainy in this part of Himachal, and the mountains are not too far away, which changes the air here. We aren't a big fancy international school with air-conditioned buses and all that. We are a local school for the local families. The gate is made of iron and we have a small office near the front. We handle all the school work from there. The classrooms are simple with wooden desks. Sometimes the monkeys from the nearby trees come by, which is just part of living in Paonta Sahib. We don't have a big PR team writing our stuff. We just care about the day-to-day things, like making sure the books are there and the building is clean. It’s a humble place, and we like it that way. Everyone in the neighborhood knows where we are if they need us, and that is enough for us to keep going.
