This part of Manamadurai is mostly rural, and we like it that way. Most of our work involves animals and the people who raise them. We don't spend all our time in the office; usually, someone is out visiting a farm or checking on livestock. The sun can be really harsh out here in Manamadurai, so we do most of our heavy meetings in the early morning or late evening. We started this company to help the animal farmers in this district get better results by working as a group. It isn't always easy to get everyone on the same page, but we keep at it.
