The pin code here is 630606. Amuthasurabhi Farmer Producer Company Limited is really just a group of us working together. It’s a farmer producer setup, so our main focus is on the local crops and the people who grow them. We don't have a big polished headquarters. Our space is functional and usually has a few people coming in and out to talk about the harvest or the prices. Manamadurai can be quite hot, especially in the afternoon, so we usually get the heavy work done early. We aren't a big corporation with stockholders in some other country. We are just local people in Tamil Nadu trying to make a living from the land. Sometimes we have meetings at the 30B address to figure out what to plant next or how to handle the latest weather issues. It’s very much a grassroots kind of thing. We don't have fancy brochures. If someone wants to know what we do, they just come by the office and ask. We try to be helpful to the other farmers around here. It is just the way things are done in a small town like this.
