If you take Sanwali Road in Sikar, you will find us there. Vidya Bharti Public School has been operating out of this building for quite some time now. Sikar is a place where education is taken seriously, and we see that every day with the students who walk through our doors. The classrooms are simple, with rows of wooden desks and plenty of notebooks stacked up on the teachers' tables. We start the day with a gathering in the main area before everyone heads to their respective rooms. The noise level goes up and down throughout the afternoon. During the winter months, the mornings are cold, so everyone comes wrapped in sweaters. We have a lot of students from the surrounding villages and the local town area. Our office is usually busy with paperwork or parents coming in to ask about exams. It is a very straightforward environment. There are no fancy decorations or expensive installations here. We focus on the books and the lessons that need to get done before the final exams come around. The teachers spend their breaks in the staff room, often marking papers or talking about the next day's plans. It is a lot of hard work for everyone, but the routine keeps us going. We’ve seen many batches of students come and go over the years, and most people around here know exactly where we are located.
