B.D. Convent School

B.D. Convent School is located out in Khuri Badi, which is part of the Laxmangarh tehsil in Sikar. We are right in the village area, surrounded by fields and open space. The address doesn’t have a specific house number because everyone around here just knows where the school plot is. It’s a rural setting, so things move a little slower than they do in the big cities. Many of our students come from the nearby farms, walking across the dirt paths to get to class every morning. We built the school to give the local families a place for their children to learn without having to travel too far away. The rooms are basic, with simple desks and plenty of chalk for the boards. When the wind picks up, you can smell the crops and the earth from the windows. We don't have a lot of high-tech equipment, but we have teachers who show up every day and do their job. Life here is practical and centered around the seasons. Sometimes attendance drops a bit during harvest time, but we understand how life works in the village. We just try to provide a steady environment where the kids can focus on their studies. It isn't a fancy convent school like you might find in a big city, but it serves our community well and we are proud to be here in Khuri Badi, helping the next generation.
