Rose Dale Em.School

Rose Dale Em.School is situated on Peprali Road in Sikar. This is a busy stretch of road, especially during the morning and afternoon when everyone is heading to work or school. We are an English medium school, but we keep things very local and down-to-earth. The building sits back a bit from the main road, which helps with the noise, but you can still hear the city moving around us. We have a staff of people who have been with us for years. We don't use any corporate talk here. It’s just us talking to parents and helping the kids with their books. Sikar is a place where people value hard work, and we try to reflect that in how we run the place. The classrooms are filled with wooden desks and the walls have some student work pinned up. It’s not a perfect place—the paint might be peeling in a corner or the gate might squeak—but it is our place. We spend our days making sure the lessons are done and the playground is safe for the break times. We get a lot of sun in this part of Rajasthan, so the courtyard is usually very bright. Families from around Peprali Road know us well. We don't need a mission statement to know why we are here; we just want to help the kids learn their lessons and get through the day.
