Our school is located in Bhunwala, which is part of the Sikar district. If you are looking for the place, we are right there in the Bhuwala area. It is a typical kind of school for this part of Rajasthan. We have the usual brick buildings and a dirt courtyard where the students gather in the morning for their prayers. The sun gets very hot in the summer, so we try to keep the rooms as cool as we can with the fans we have. We have kids coming in from the nearby farms and the local houses. Most of them have been with us since they were very little. We teach all the basic subjects and follow the usual board rules. There isn't anything fancy about how we do things here. We have benches, old blackboards, and plenty of chalk dust everywhere. The teachers here are very dedicated and they put in a lot of hours every week. We know the parents and they know us quite well. It is a very tight community. Sometimes the power goes out or the dust blows in from the road, but we just keep the classes going anyway. We are just a local school trying to give the kids a chance to learn something useful for their lives. It is a quiet place most of the time, except when the lunch bell rings. We like it that way.
