Hotel Himland West

We're situated on Circular Road, part of the Himland area. It's a spot that many people know if they've been to this part of the hills before. We are part of the Himland Resorts group, but this particular building has its own way of doing things. It's a bit of an older structure, but it has solid walls. We spend our days making sure the rooms are aired out and the water is running hot. In these parts, that's what matters most. The view out the windows is mostly trees and other buildings along the slope. We aren't right in the middle of the main market, which means it isn't as loud at night. You have to walk a bit or take a car to get to the busier streets. We don't have a lot of fancy stuff like elevators in every corner. It's a lot of stairs sometimes. Our team is just a few people who have lived in the hills their whole lives. We keep the place running without much fuss. If someone wants tea, we make it. If they need an extra pillow, we find one. It’s a very manual way of working. We don't use a lot of computers for everything. We just write things down and make sure people have a key to their door. It’s a straightforward place for people who just want a roof over their head. We’ve been here through many winters and know how to keep things comfortable.
