Brightland Hotel

Brightland Hotel is located at the Cosy Nook Estate. We are quite close to the Army Training Command and right next to The Mall. It is a decent spot for a hotel because people are always walking by on their way to the main shopping areas. We have been here at this address for a long time. The building has some history to it, and we do our best to keep it in good shape without making it look too modern. Running this place is a lot of work. We spend our time changing beds, sweeping the hallways, and sitting at the front desk waiting for guests to arrive. We don't have a big office or a marketing team telling us what to say. It is just a small group of us making sure everything is in order. Being adjacent to The Mall means it gets a bit loud outside, but that is just part of being in this area. We handle the check-ins ourselves and try to help people with their bags if they need it. It is not a complicated business. We just provide a place for people to sleep while they are visiting. We don't use any fancy language to describe the rooms or the service. It is just a hotel where we work every day. We like the routine of it and the different people we meet from the Army Training Command and beyond.
