You can find Ventech Science Products at 3, Krishnappa Street. It is just a short turn off Woods Road. The street is a bit narrow so it can be tight if two cars are trying to pass each other. We have been in this building for a long time. It has that old-fashioned feel to it that you do not see much anymore. Inside, we have a lot of different things sitting on the shelves. It is not always the neatest place in the world, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Science products can be a bit specific, so we spend a lot of our time checking through lists and boxes. The neighbors on Krishnappa Street are mostly other small businesses like ours. We all know each other by name. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the turn from Woods Road, but once you have been here once, it is easy. We do not have a big sales team or anything. It is just a few of us handling the orders and making sure things get packed up right. The office is in the back and it is usually full of papers and catalogs. We try to keep it organized but it is a constant struggle. We have been doing this for a while and we do not plan on changing things. The location works well for us. It is central enough but away from the heaviest traffic.
