A. S. Carpet is tucked away in Village Bardaha, which is part of the Amwan Khurd district. It is a quiet place compared to the big cities. Most of what we do here involves sitting and working on carpets. The village life is slow, but we keep our hands moving. You won't find any big fancy offices here, just a simple space where the work gets done. Sometimes the roads around Bardaha get a bit muddy when it rains, making it hard for the transport to reach us, but we manage. People in Amwan Khurd know us as the local spot for carpets. We have been here for a long time, and the building reflects that. It is functional and stays cool enough in the summer. We don't have a big team, just a few local folks who know their way around a loom. Every day starts early before the sun gets too hot. We have our tea, talk about the day’s tasks, and then get to it. The carpets take time, so there is no use rushing. We just keep the work consistent as we go. It is honest work in a small village. Visitors usually have to ask for directions once they get into the district because the signs aren't always clear. But once you find the village, we are easy to spot. It’s just how things are in this part of the country. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just weaving carpets as we always have.
