The Platinum Restaurant

Our restaurant is in Vishrambag, Sangli. We are located near the Khare Mangal Karyalay lane, which is a bit off the main path. The Platinum Restaurant is where we spend our days. It’s a local spot and we like it that way. We don't have a big team or fancy equipment. It’s just a kitchen and some tables in the 416415 area. We see a lot of familiar faces because Sangli isn't huge. People stop by on their way home or for a quick meal. We keep the place clean and make sure the food is ready on time. It is hard work being on your feet all day, but it’s what we do. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just hope people like what we do and come back. The lane can get a bit crowded with parked scooters sometimes, but it’s usually manageable. We've been here for a while and we know the neighborhood well. It’s a simple life running a restaurant in Vishrambag. We just focus on the daily tasks and don't worry about the rest. Sometimes we run out of things or have a bad day, but we just come back the next morning and try again. It’s just a regular eatery tucked away in the lane. Nothing more to it than that. Most of our regulars know the drill and we like seeing them every day.
