Ayodhya Pure Veg Restaurants

We sit right here on the Sangli Miraj Road, just across from Mankapure Hospital. It gets pretty busy around here with people coming and going from the clinic all day. Our place in Miraj isn't anything fancy, just a regular spot where people can sit down for a meal. The kitchen starts early in the morning when the vegetables arrive. We spend a lot of time chopping and getting the stoves going before the lunch crowd shows up. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially with the buses passing by, but inside it’s just the usual sound of plates clinking. The tables are simple and we try to keep things clean. Most of our regulars are folks who live nearby or work in the shops down the street. We’ve been here for a while now and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. It is mostly just about getting the food ready on time. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. On hot days, the fans are always on full blast to keep the air moving. People come in, eat their lunch, maybe have a quick chat, and then head back to work. That is pretty much how the day goes for us here in Sangli. It is just a normal local restaurant doing its daily business.
