Hanuman Pure Veg Restaurant

We are located on Dr Ashok Patil Road in Vishrambag, Sangli. If you are looking for us, we are at Mahalaxmi Chowk, right behind the PAI Prakash Hotel. Being a pure veg place, we see a lot of families. Hanuman Pure Veg Restaurant is just a simple kitchen and a few tables. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just the basics. The 416416 area is usually busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is out at the chowk. We start our prep work early in the morning, chopping vegetables and getting the stoves going. It gets hot in the kitchen, but that’s part of the job. We don’t use any complicated recipes or anything. It’s just food that we know how to make well. Sometimes the orders get a bit mixed up when it’s really crowded, but we always fix it. People don’t come here for a five-star experience; they come because they are hungry and they know what to expect. We see the same people every week, sometimes even every day. It feels more like a neighborhood kitchen than a business. We just keep our heads down and keep the food coming out. It’s a lot of washing dishes and cleaning tables, but it keeps us going. We’re just glad to be part of the Vishrambag community and to keep things moving one plate at a time every single day.
