Midland Pure Veg Family Restaurant

It's on the main Peth Naka Islampur Road. We get a lot of people stopping by when they're traveling through Sangli. It’s a pure veg place. We've been here for a while now, right across from Shreepad Nagar. Most days it’s just us trying to get the orders out on time. The kitchen is usually busy around lunchtime. We see families mostly. Some come every week. It’s not fancy or anything. Just tables, chairs, and the usual menu. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud. We keep the place clean as much as we can. My cousin helps out with the accounts and I'm usually near the front. We don't have a big team. If you're looking for us, look for the big sign near the road. The parking gets a bit tight on Sundays. We just do normal Indian food, nothing too complicated. Sometimes we run out of special items early. That happens when the crowd is big. People seem to like the simple stuff. It’s easy to find us if you know where the Islampur road is. We open early enough for breakfast and stay till dinner. It’s just a regular spot for a meal. Nothing more to it really. We focus on getting the food right and making sure nobody leaves hungry. It’s a bit noisy when the trucks go past outside but inside it’s okay. We’ve grown used to the bustle of the road and the constant noise of the traffic. The building is painted a simple color and we try to keep the plants near the entrance alive during the hot months. It's just a place for food.
