Shravan Restaurant

We are over here at Shravan Restaurant, tucked inside the Hotel Icon Inn on the Sangli Miraj Road. It is a busy stretch of road, so we see a lot of people passing through Sangli. Most days start pretty early for us. We get the kitchen going before the sun is even fully up because people staying at the hotel need their breakfast. It is not a very big place, but it stays quite active. We have been here for a while now, serving the locals and the travelers who stop by. The tables are usually full around lunchtime with office folks and families. We don’t really do anything fancy here, just regular food that tastes like it should. Sometimes the noise from the road gets a bit loud, but that is just how it is in this part of town. The staff knows most of the regulars by name. We spend a lot of time cleaning and making sure everything is ready for the next rush. It is hard work being in the food business, but we are used to the rhythm of it by now. If you are driving between Sangli and Miraj, you’ve probably seen our sign out front. We just keep things simple and make sure nobody leaves hungry. It’s a plain setup, but it works for us and the people who come to eat with us every day. There is always a pot of tea ready and someone in the kitchen chopping vegetables.
