Sai Restaurants & Bar

Our place is part of Hotel SAI International, right there on the Pune Bangalore Highway in Walwa. Since we are on the highway, we see a lot of travelers passing through Sangli. It’s a convenient stop for people driving long distances who need a break from the road. The restaurant and bar area is set up to be practical. We get a mix of families stopping for lunch and travelers who want a drink in the bar before heading to their rooms. Being in Yelur means it’s a bit quieter than the big cities, but the highway keeps things moving. The kitchen stays busy because people are usually in a hurry to get back on the road. We don’t do anything too complicated here. It’s just straightforward food and a place to sit down for an hour. The building itself is easy to spot from the road. We have enough space for parking which is important out here. Sometimes the weather gets really dusty, so we are always wiping down the tables. It’s a family-run kind of vibe even if we are on a major route. We've seen a lot of changes on this highway over the years, but our spot remains pretty much the same. People know they can stop here and get what they need without any fuss. It is a long day for the staff, but we like meeting people from all over who are just passing through the area.
